Israel Develops Robotic Snake

I have no clue what they are saying, but its pretty obvious what this thing does. It has a camera which can be used for surveillance. And also provide a visual guide for the operator of the "Snakebot" to take it almost anywhere. You can find more information on similar developments on the wikipedia. Big Surprise huh?

There are also companies working on Snakebots which can be used for the purpose of search and rescue among other things. No matter their use, whether military, rescue or scientific exploration, these little critters sure do look like something from a sci-fi movie.
